the doctor at harmony refused to call me directly. actually one of the vets that they said did home visits, does not, but suggested i call and talk to the doctor directly and not the front staff. i thought after my pets being patients for over 24 years that if i wanted to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes about my cat that that request would be honoured. it is true i haven't been in the office for several years, i go in regularly to buy flea medicine. she is getting old, i had some questions i wanted to ask the doctor. i now have a 15 year old cat that they have seen since she was a kitty. i have gone to this vet with all my animals since the early 1980's. The response to my rating, i would like to clarify, since in their response they did not state correctly what my request was.
